Lettuce Wrap
Cut out bread, use lettuce instead!
Using lettuce instead of bread is an easy way to make a healthy and tasty sandwich
Ingredients (for one)
2 large lettuce leaves
A slice of chicken, meat or fish
A slice of tomato
A spoonful of crème fresh
A spoon of organic or homemade hummus
Additional ingredients could be cucumber, pepper
Method
- Take a large lettuce leaf
- Place a slice of meat or fish
- Add tomato, cream and hummus
- Add a sprinkling of paprika to your taste
- Wrap with another piece of lettuce
