Lettuce Wrap

Cut out bread, use lettuce instead!

Using lettuce instead of bread is an easy way to make a healthy and tasty sandwich

Ingredients (for one)

2 large lettuce leaves

A slice of chicken, meat or fish

A slice of tomato

A spoonful of crème fresh

A spoon of organic or homemade hummus

Additional ingredients could be cucumber, pepper


  1. Take a large lettuce leaf
  2. Place a slice of meat or fish
  3. Add tomato, cream and hummus
  4. Add a sprinkling of paprika to your taste
  5. Wrap with another piece of lettuce
